With over a decade of experience in technical writing, I specialize in creating user-centric documentation that enhances product engagement and simplifies complex concepts. At previous companies, I contributed to developing UX-focused documentation policies and standards, ensuring consistency and clarity across deliverables. My mission is to empower users through accurate, accessible content while fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.

During my tenure at my previous positions, I defined documentation requirements, managed workflows using Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel. I authored product documentation in Paligo, DITA XML, and other documen development applications. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to design visual assets using Visio and Photoshop, streamlining technical communication. By focusing on readability and user experience, I contributed to product adoption and customer satisfaction.

I have a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Technology.

I also served my time in the Navy as an Electronics Technician.
