With over 25 years as a trusted advisor with global consulting companies such as IBM, Capgemini, PwC, and Cognizant, I bring diverse perspectives around program execution, multi-disciplined business issues, integration challenges, and organizational change.
As an account partner I have delivered over $120m in total deals, secured around ERP transformations, modernizations and upgrades. As a practice leader I have helped drive 200% business growth in the Enterprise Life Sciences business of Capgemini over a 6 year period.

Partner Public Markets focusing on Life Sciences, Health Care, State and Local Organizations
Managed multiple accounts inclusive of Stryker, Thermo Fisher Scientific (TFS), Johnson and Johnson (J&J), the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), and the United States Air Force. Guided finance and supply chain transformation offerings and led a joint market collaboration plan around SAP for state and local organizations.
AVP – SAP Life Sciences & Health Care BU Head, NA
Led the vertical service line for the life sciences and healthcare sectors with $100 million P&L responsibility 60% increase in signings / client footprint achieved by spearheading a company-transforming SAP life science practice.
North America Practice Leader for SAP Life Sciences
Oversaw a practice of matrixed SAP consultants and $80 million in SAP revenue to build Capgemini into the most respected SAP-enabled business transformation consultancy in the market. Developed staff to operate to full capacity and maximize abilities.
Senior Principal – Head of Life Sciences SAP Center of Excellence (COE)
Directed COE activities and prepared customer and SAP roadmaps. Developed business as a global account executive. Implemented the Ciba Vision business transformation initiative on time and on budget. Helped bring four new solutions to market by introducing industrialization from a process / technology perspective for the COE.
Established the brand for this startup, as a niche provider of SAP thought leadership to life sciences organizations. Delivered SAP solutions to resolve pain points around supply chain excellence, product quality and compliance, and remediation consulting for existing SAP footprints. Retained Big 4 talent to hit the ground running. Grew the company from 3 to 15 staff.
Started as a senior manager and progressed to associate partner in the SAP service line. Guided large, global SAP programs, pursued sales, and advocated for innovation into IBMs SAP methodology with 40 employees generating $45 million in consulting revenue. Mentored staff. Developed and delivered a pre-configured solution for pharma / life sciences as part of a COE growth initiative.

Provided thought leadership as a subject matter specialist and oversaw practice development / support through project management of front-end solution development and process improvement initiatives. Helped PwC in the firm’s first ever eBusiness / eMarket initiative by creating solutions around Ariba and Commerce One.
