As a Maintenance Rover, I was mainly put on the Special Projects team where we replaced old fences with new ones that we built. We also, spayed the stain on the fences that we built. We painted a few offices, as well as common areas.

I was the owner of Gentry Painting. My job entailed getting the work lined up, scheduling and planning, quality control, payroll, etc. The work mainly consisted of residential repaints, interior and exterior, wallpaper removal, drywall work, gutter repair and cleaning, wood replacement, power washing, int./ext. staining, etc.

I was always booked out for a few months and made all my customers return customers by doing a high level of work and giving them what they wanted everytime, due to communication and an understanding for what their vision was. This made me excellent with my social skills in being able to interact with people in a constructive manner.
