Currently I'm the lead writer in a group of document engineers. Before I moved into technical writing, I was a Field Engineer and Service Engineer. As a Field Engineer I was the field specialist with strong customer service and technical maintenance skills. Later I was promoted to Service Engineer, where I was technical support for all of USA FEs. I also ran preotic performance reports to monitor common issue and designed a plan to resolve at the individual level as well at the material level.
