Qualifications: Mr. Sepahpour has over 25 years of general experience with extensive computer sciences and information technology experience plus over ten years of specialized experience in the computer system analysis field ranging from systems operations management to database applications design, development, and data product validation and verification. Over the past seven years, Mr.
Sepahpour has been responsible for IV&V testing of many major components of the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution command (SDDC) Integrated Booking System (IBS), Including the IBS UNIT WEB Move and IBS Unit-to-Sustainment Systems with different AORs (NORTHCOM, EUCOM/AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and PACOM), the WEB Sustainment module, the WEB Vessel Schedule module, and the Commercial Sealift Solution (CSS) component. This work has included integration testing of the components with customer organizations.
