With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I am a passionate and driven financial and accounting leader who strives to deliver high-quality and timely financial data and analysis to support organizational decision making and excellence. I have a master's degree in business administration and a strong background in key performance indicators (KPI) reporting and dashboards, budgeting, accounting, and compliance. I am currently the Director of Finance And Accounting at MaineGeneral Health, a leading health care system in Maine that provides comprehensive and integrated care to the communities it serves.

In my current role, I develop and implement strategies, policies, and objectives for the finance and accounting department, and oversee the preparation and maintenance of the budget and accounts for the organization. I also supervise and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals and ensure that they adhere to federal regulations and standards. I leverage my skills in KPI reporting and dashboards to create and present analytics that enhance patient care, optimize health care processes, and evaluate the overall financial well-being of the health care operations.
