I have a passion for helping people understand their medical schemes, their benefits, looking up informatuon to sssist them with enquiries and problems they encounter,l ogging calls, liaising with relevant departments wthin the medical scheme, following up and giving feedback. I am quick to learn, can liaise at all levels from walk-ins to management and the medical fraternity
Tutor at a tutor centre teaching Stage 8 and 9's for 1 year 9 months, and 1 year 6 months with IGCSE and AS level Business Studies and Economics. Prior to that I have had 3 years experience as an internal client liaison officer for medical administration company that worked with a few medical aids. I have also worked a few months as the helpdesk operator for a computer services company and 10 years as medical laboratory technician at the south african blood transfusion service
