In charge on handling material carts for the production line. Verifying that correct parts were placed on carts based on part and serial number. Knowledge of the use of cranes to handle parts. Knowledge of using ASC scanners to receive material and also to order material needed. I am certified to use electric pallet jack. Maintain work area to a 5s standard. I also trained in the repack area follow standards procedures, checking parts numbers and quantities knowledge sets include: handling.
Assembly/MQ inspector at Kubota (2014-05 – 2017-11)
MQ inspector, assembler and TS picker. My job as an MQ inspector consisted of inspecting the lawn mowers assembly. Made sure there were no defects in the units. It was my duty to write down these defects and let the line man know that he had to fix what they were doing wrong. TS pick fasteners and small parts. Applying labels on the lawn mowers running through the assembly line.
