I’m Terroll Farries, I’m currently full time at St Joseph‘s hospital working as a phlebotomist and i am the very best at my job I have several awards including a Monarch award. I want to show you all the awards too. I have out grown my entry level position at Joe’s and they don’t wanna give individual raises but I spend most of my days cleaning up other people’s misses as far as draws go, so I just don’t think it’s fair that I get the same pay or sometimes less than those co workers who don’t help as much or hide out during the shift. I have several professional references, nurses, doctors and lab people. One last thing is that when I was in school at Arapahoe community College Kaiser asked me to be apart of this commercial that I’ll show you. I asked can I get a job with them since they asked me to be apart of a segment of that commercial, and basically which is understandable they said I didn’t have the experience yet. Now I have thrived at this position and achieved levels of success that brought me the courage to present myself this way. So I would love an opportunity with Kaiser Permanente. I’ve been at St. Joes for a year and a half now and I am very dependable and very efficient. I am very eager to move up in this field and my progression has proved that. I want the chance to prove my work at a place like Kaiser I know I would make a great addition to your lab. Always on time, I’d even stay later if they need me to, I love my work and just want a new opportunity to show my work elsewhere. I love this hospital and how much everyone gets along but I have out grown the posit here.

I currently work at St Joes Hospital as a phlebotomist and specimen procurement. I worked here for 1.5 years. I graduated from ACC (Arapahoe community college) with honors. I have that degree as well, my license for phlebotomy.
