Because of how quickly he can write and execute scripts, all of his systems have been successfully validated and released for GMP use weeks prior to deadlines.
He is also very quick and succinct when authoring deliverables such as Validation Plans, Data Migration Plans, Requirement Specifications, Configuration Specifications, System Retirement Plans, and Summary Reports. Overall, his performance has been above and beyond what was expected of him.
