1. Culture and differentiation of multiple stem cell types (iPSCs, ECs, MSCs) for in vitro modeling
2. In vitro isolation, culture and transduction of human immune cells (natural killer cell, T cell, HSPC)
3. AAV and LV plasmid design, cloning, packaging, titration and transduction in multiple mammalian cell types
4. Epigenetic editing by CRISPRa/i for finely tuned stem cell differentiation and cell therapy
5. NGS-based high throughput screen of DNA-binding protein domains as novel CRISPRa/i effectors
6. NGS-based massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) for the screen of Cis regulatory motifs in immune cells
7. Development of various 3D cell culture and assembly strategies for tissue engineering
