Guerline Saintfleur

I, Guerline Saintfleur graduated with a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration degree in May 2023. I am an experienced registered nurse who has devoted part of my life to ensuring others' well-being. My education, hands-on training, and excellent skills in detail make me an ideal healthcare provider.

I started volunteering at Memorial Regional Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital before earning my nursing degree, and now I am an advanced nurse practitioner. I am filled with empathy and the desire to treat and make others feel well. I am professionally dedicated to providing the highest quality of care with respect, excellence, and innovation.

I am hardworking and willing to learn new skills and techniques in any hospital setting. I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to change and build strong relationships with patients, family, physicians, and nursing staff, regardless of age, culture, or socio-economic background.

I started in the health field as a volunteer at Memorial Regional Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in 2014, working at the front desk and making patient beds. Today, I am an advanced nurse practitioner treating COVID patients, vaccinating and testing for COVID. Before working as a nurse practitioner, I was a float nurse for four years throughout my nursing career.

While continuing my education, I worked in med-surgical, telemetry, step-down ER, Patient-Care-Unit, and Oncology units. As an advanced nurse, I also worked in regenerative medicine, replacing or " regenerating" human cells and treating patients on a holistic path. Treatment includes erectile dysfunction, muscular pain, knee injection, and IV Infusion.

In addition, this treatment contains E-stim, acoustic sounds wave, and neuro-light.

I earned my doctorate degree in business of Healthcare Administration.
