I started off as a Warehouse Associate then got promoted to Admin Asst. My job as an Admin, is Order Management. And as such, my task is to help pull orders from Clients via email or phone calls with specific instructions on how to handle the orders and relate those instructions to the leads and supervisors on the floor. Meet SLA by EOD and help create a report that I will submit to my managers.
