Thank you for the opportunity. I’m an experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer with a strong background in designing and leading unified identity solutions across hybrid environments. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and AWS IAM, integrating these platforms to deliver secure, consistent access controls across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
In my current role, I lead initiatives focused on identity lifecycle automation, enforcing least privilege principles, and aligning access controls with compliance and security frameworks. I’ve successfully implemented solutions such as Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and role-based access control (RBAC) to strengthen identity governance and reduce risk exposure.
From a leadership standpoint, I’ve managed cross-functional teams through IAM modernization projects, system integrations, and migrations from legacy platforms to cloud-based identity environments. I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to translate business goals into secure, scalable identity architectures that enhance both security and operational efficiency.
Overall, I’m passionate about advancing enterprise IAM maturity and building a strong identity foundation that supports digital transformation. I have around 7 years of experience in IAM and security engineering, and I’m currently targeting Identity Lead Engineer or Senior IAM Engineer roles in the range of $130K–$150K depending on scope and responsibilities.
