Been working customer service since I turned 16, I am currently 21 and have dealt with many issues, my problem solving skills are at the top of their game currently. working in customer service for 6 years I have learned to not take anything personal and am able to keep going no matter what may come my way! A couple months ago I decided to try out hospitality at a hotel and found out I really enjoy it.
