I have worked in the bread business since 2004.I Started in regular bakery, and then i moved to a five-star hotels. I began to gain experience and worked hard to improve myself. I have gained enough experience and I took over as the head baker chef in the hotels.
In 2015 I moved to Sweden for a better opportunity along with my hotel experience .I gained Sweden bakery experience and I had two jobs at the same time. In 2019 I moved to the United States to work and explore more of the bakery industry for more experience. I explore as much as I can and I try to learn something new everyday of my life.
2021 May 1, I start work at star provision and bacchanalia restaurant in GA as a baker and pastry. 2021 Dec 1, I relocated to New York City for a better opportunity to further my skills
I have more than 18 years of experience in pastries and Sourdough bread American and eu style
