At the age of 9, I had solidified in my mind that I would be the first female player in the NFL. Today that dream has changed into being on the sidelines of the NFL. I now aspire to be an NFL sideline reporter, though my aspirations could change yet again. However, my love for sports journalism is unwavering. I am now a Alumni of the University of Georgia with a degree in journalism and a minor in English.
During my time at Georgia I was an active participant in the University of Georgia's Equestrian team. The team is what originally brought me to Georgia along with the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Besides the attention to detail that the equestrian team has instilled in me, it has been the journalism program that has readily prepared me for life after college.
The articles and multimedia projects I have crafted have helped shape me as a journalist and fostered my love of research.
My sports of interest include baseball, football, volleyball and basketball but writing or attending any sport brings me joy. My love of Maria Taylor has inspired me to excel as a student-athlete, and I aspire to travel the country interviewing athletes and coaches alike one day.
I have a diverse background in sports media, digital content creation, and team management, with a strong foundation in journalism and sports marketing. My professional journey includes hands-on experience with the Dallas Wings and leadership roles in collegiate athletics. Here’s a brief overview of my key experiences and accomplishments:
Digital Media Intern, Dallas Wings
