I am a recent UTD graduate looking for a career in Information Technology.
I have experience in technical support, instruction, and customer service, with a strong focus on documentation, coordination, and clear communication. At ZT Systems, I supported enterprise server projects by tracking resources, maintaining system documentation, and reporting on project readiness and issue resolution. At iCode, I planned and scheduled lessons, coordinated team projects, and prepared progress reports for stakeholders.
In earlier customer service work, I managed billing and invoicing, scheduled appointments, and handled client communication. Across all my roles, I’ve built strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication in fast-paced environments.
I have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas, where I’ve built a strong foundation in problem-solving, data analysis, and project work. My coursework and projects have strengthened my organizational skills and ability to work within structured processes, which directly support project coordination and administration responsibilities.
