I am an IT Support/Security Engineer and Master’s candidate in Information Technology Project Management, set to graduate in 2025. With hands-on experience in network architecture and troubleshooting across various operating systems, I have a solid understanding of network protocols and security. I am detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and am eager to apply my project management and analytical abilities in the financial services industry to drive process improvement and strategic decision-making.
My technical skills is hands on experience with various Operating systems on Qwiklabs environment Like MacOS, UBUNTU and Windows. Troubleshooting, Diagnosing computer network errors messages and failures. Good knowledge of Windows/MAC OS with the ability to carry out root cause analysis.
Enthusiastic in Learning and work on how networks work and Protocol communication does in networking.

-Security Protocols SSL/TSL, OAuth and Kerberos.

Coming to my Business and Management Skills planning, executing and monitoring projects, using project management methodologies. Determined with understanding business processes, analysis, creating Documentation with integrating different approaches and systems to create a cohesive solution.

Eager to leverage these skills in the financial services industry and contribute to process improvement and strategic decision-making.
