I've spent the majority of my career in customer service and operations, where I've built strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and handling high-volume environments. In my last role, I supported customers daily, resolved issues efficiently, and consistently maintained positive feedback.
A couple of months ago, I took a planned career break to focus on personal responsibilities. During that time, I stayed engaged by keeping my skills up to date and remaining organized and proactive in managing day-to-day priorities. Now that I am ready to return, I'm really motivated to bring my experience back into a professional setting and contribute to a team where i can support customers and help improve overall service quality.
Anyone can be trained to do a job but cannot be trained to be professional, productive, reliable, accountable, responsible. These traits come with years of experience. In all my years of working in the corporate world, I have learned these qualities by hands on and real life experience.
