Hayden Castano

I am a Jackson State Community College student intending to transfer to Tennessee Tech after two years. I am majoring in Electrical Engineering and am highly passionate about the field and accomplishing any step it takes me to get there. Currently, I am a Co-General Manager at a restaurant; therefore, although food is not my future, teamwork and management are also strengths I hold close.

I meet daily sales goals, labor percentages, and supplies while adapting to the daily circumstances, all of which are documented on an Excel spreadsheet. This has allowed me to gain exposure and become familiar with this particular Microsoft Office Suite.

Conduct paperwork of daily net sales on the company/Altametrics website and supply shipments from surrounding stores or truck orders to our store.

Collaborate with other managers during occasional manager meetings to discuss profits, areas of improvement, and future strategies for success.

Continuously taking on additional responsibilities that are not always required of me to better learn and succeed.
