I am very excited about this position and have wanted to work here for a long time. I am now enabled to do so and have a lot of experience working as a secretary for my family's construction business and customer service as a manager for a restaurant in my employment history. I have obtained a lot of skills that are related to this position in computer science as a warehouse management position for electronics testing.

This position required a large span of knowledge in desktop and laptop software and hardware testing and repair. Being in this role it was my duty to fix all electronic issues in the company including on call repairing of equipment for the entire facility. This duty gave me knowledge of syncing issues with printing and moreover with a variety of computer software issues.

Including porting devices such as; printers, scanners, cameras and Bluetooth devices. Electronics testing devices including; desktop computers, gaming consoles, laptops, mobile devices (android and iPhone) smartwatches, drones, tablets cameras and lots more. I worked as the Lead tester in the Electronics department as a vendor for Walmart return center in reverse logistics.

I had the honor of training all of the electronics testing technicians for each software and hardware resetting to manufactures individual standards and specifications for hardware systems for laptops. I also worked closely with my team to develop creative solutions to improve performance in production of their assigned testing products in order to resell and keep a high volume of inventory. Navigating the specific devices to the tester's skill set once they completed training and had a good understanding of their capabilities to expectations.

This allowed the team to enjoy the ability to choose which devices they were best at within reason for the purpose of higher productivity numbers. At all times I monitored 10-15 employees and outside of my department I worked closely with the supervisors of shipping management to ensure the inflow and outflow of our inventory.
