I began my healthcare career initially as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). After two years as a CNA, I gained licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked nine years in that role. I completed my ADN program in Richmond, VA, and most recently, my BSN at the University of Virginia.
I've worked for UVA Health System in Family Medicine and the Transitional Care Hospital for over seven years. I enjoy being outside, doing crafts, and spending time with family and friends in my spare time. I currently reside in Forest, VA, and after many years of commuting would like to give back to my local community.
