After receiving my ServSafe food handelers and Sevsafe food managers certification through the completion of a 12 week intensive Chef training course, I began working as part of an untraditional culinary team that leans into collaborative leadership as opposed to the structure of a conventional kitchen brigade.
In May 2020 I received my bachelors degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in theatre. Then in July of 2022 I graduated a 12 week intensive Chef training course where I was taught technical and foundational culinary skills.
