He has been responsible for completing resident work orders, handling repairs throughout the property, and helping ensure that the community is well maintained on a day-to-day basis.

One of his greatest strengths is his ability to troubleshoot problems and complete a wide variety of repairs himself. His knowledge and hands-on abilities have allowed the company to resolve many maintenance issues without having to bring in outside vendors.
