I’ve got 4.0 GPA in Analytics Master’s degree. I have been doing research on brand marketing and strategy analysis and have developed a model with an average accuracy of around 87%. In the process, I was able to discover customer insights and wanted to connect them to decision making. I want to support company with my passion about data and tendency to work well with people.

In my Bank Customer Churn analysis, I thought that ‘what is the most important factors for customer churn?’ is the question everybody wants to know. I'm constantly going through data to find the most important questions for Del Monte. I will find work that is helpful to the company and department while co-working and learning from people around me.

I majored in Analytics and did a lot of team projects. Among them, I was the number one person who wanted to become a teammate. The reason is that I can find work we have to do, and I do it first, if there is no one willing to do.

I will constantly study and develop to become the best. I especially have strengths in using Excel and SQL. In addition, I’m familiar with various logic functions. I have been studying SQL for more than 10 hours every week. And I will continue to study the new program or language that company needs to advance further.

Experience in the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea and Master's degree developed the ability to complete work within a set time in a fast-paced environment. I have the ability to solve problems. I have actively contacted my colleagues and professors to find other materials to learn and challenge myself. Finally, I am a responsible and independent worker who can take care of my field.

• Compose Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and developed database of hotel booking dataset which contains customer, hotel, reservation, agent, and company information with 119,391 observations
• Conceptualized model to predict booking demand & cancel, and estimate hotel reservations on a monthly basis
