Heidi Jaworski

Dedicated and empathetic individual, committed to providing client-centered care, with an emphasis on developing positive mental health and occupational balance. Passionate about empowering youth with IDD to develop self-management, vocational, and independent living skills.

I am a pediatric occupational therapist with experience in school-based and outpatient settings. My work focuses on supporting children’s participation in daily activities through interventions targeting fine motor, visual-motor, executive functioning, sensory processing, and self-regulation skills. I have developed individualized treatment plans, facilitated group and 1:1 sessions, collaborated with caregivers and educational teams, and created interactive resources to promote skill development across academic, home, and community environments.

In addition, I have entrepreneurial experience developing life skills curriculum and digital resources to expand access to occupational therapy-informed interventions
