I provide Zoom expertise to many different industries. I help with all technical skills concerning AV, different levels of Zoom, etc. I also work with content creators who are using Zoom to teach content. I find creative ways to engage your audience in Zoom.

I am an accomplished educator with more than 12 years teaching in public schools. Having been blessed with skilled mentors early in my career, I quickly learned the necessity of utilizing the psychology of influence rather than power to influence behaviors. My passion drove me to acquire certification in non-verbal communication and group dynamics, skills which distinguished me as a dynamic leader and communicator.

Approachable and unassuming, I was regularly called upon to coach beginning teachers.

With the outbreak of the pandemic disrupting the traditional classroom environment, I was thrust into the world of distance learning. Seeing opportunity, I quickly overcame the difficulties of the transition and embraced the opportunities. Distance learning enabled me to interact with students more personally, as if I were visiting them in their homes.

I was impressed by the increased participation of students who would otherwise remain invisible in a classroom. Though different than in-person learning, I managed to successfully transfer my non-verbal skills to the virtual environment, keeping students as young as kindergarten on task. I also learned the different platforms for online LMS.

Building upon my success in distance learning, I began embracing opportunities beyond the classroom, supporting businesses in the private sector using my skills in web-conferencing, Zoom, Teams, etc. My clients have included companies from such industries as leadership development, medical education, team building, and special interests.

In my free time, I enjoy baking for my appreciative husband and spending time with my sheep, chickens, and cat. A farmer’s daughter, I feel best look is a pair of coveralls and dirty hands.

As a Zoom technician, I have helped many businesses be successful in the online learning space. I have helped a number of ways, helping increase engagement, coaching facilitators and also running the Zoom without glitches and making it look like it is running itself. My own online teaching has helped me learn every nook and cranny of Zoom but most importantly, help troubleshoot on different devices or just dealing with Zoom intricacies.
