I'm a data science educator by day. I learned to code while working in a pharmacogenomics lab working on genomic and environmental associations with drug response and efficacy. I love coding in R, biostatistics, and reproducible clinical research.

Detail-oriented clinical research professional turned data scientist with seven years of experience building and managing reproducibility-oriented data pipelines for clinical research studies. Highly proficient in conducting clinical research studies from inception to statistical analysis.

Doctoral research focused on genomic and environmental interactions with pharmaceutical response and efficacy. With a focus on clinical translational sciences, much of my interest is on human subjects research itself and improving the mechanisms that hold back clinical advancements post research.
