During my final semester at CU boulder I was a member of the Sustainability and Storytelling Lab. I applied my environmental research and communication skills to analyze climate vulnerabilities in mobile home parks, an often overlooked yet essential form of affordable housing. I conducted both qualitative and quantitative research, including GIS mapping and community engagement, to highlight environmental risks such as heat exposure and water contamination.
I translated complex environmental data into accessible, story-driven reports and presentations for local stakeholders, including government and nonprofit partners. My experience reflects a strong foundation in environmental data analysis, stakeholder communication, and the kind of cross disciplinary collaboration essential for driving sustainable, measurable change.
While completing my degree at the University of Colorado Boulder, I balanced full-time academic work with a full-time position as a Budtender at Fresh Baked, a local marijuana dispensary. At CU Boulder, I was involved in the Sustainability and Storytelling Lab, where I collaborated on research highlighting affordable housing and environmental justice in mobile home parks. This experience demonstrates my ability to manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively, and contribute to both research and customer-facing roles.
Just graduating from CU boulder in may of 2025.
