In my six years working as a barista, two of which as a cafe lead, I've gained invaluable experience in crafting high-quality espresso- and tea-based beverages in various fast-paced environments, along with operational knowledge including inventory management, conflict resolution with both teammates and customers, and developing new team members' talent. As a lead with Gourmondo, I oversaw daily cafe operations while managing and mentoring a diverse team of baristas to ensure service was both efficient and of the highest quality.
