• Provided direct oversight for four suite-style residential buildings housing 300+ students.
• Directly supervised 10 resident advisors, one graduate fellow, and one assistant residential director.
• Maintain multiple budget lines totaling approximately $30,000 for residential programming, committee work, and student leadership organizations.
• Served as a liaison to the campus operations team to streamline departmental processes and communicate needs from the live-on team to the operations staff.
• Served as a hearing officer for community violations as well as for the University Administrative Hearing Board and the University Sexual Harassment Investigations Board.

Graduate Assistant at Boston College, Office of Student Conduct (2020-08 – 2022-05)

• Served as a hearing officer adjudicating 5+ cases per week involving students who had allegedly violated the Student Code of Conduct with sanction potential up to and including University Suspension.
• Supervised and trained the Student Conduct Hearing Board; a group of 20 undergraduate students that adjudicated cases, recommended sanctions, and facilitated a holistic peer led formative sanction.
• Created and implemented new educational sanctions focused on holistic development and learning post-conduct to ensure success and lower recidivism rates.
• Participated alongside university faculty and staff on Administrative Hearing Boards to adjudicate Dismissal Level and complex conduct violations.
