I am mostly on the front end running the registers and helping customers find items they need. If we do not have something we are looking to see where we can find it for the customer. I would like to be a bit busier but at least I am the last person sees on their way out and I try my best to make their experience a happy one. Maintain in the cleanliness is a big part of my job. Making sure everything gets put back in its place and the store is clean for safe shopping.

This position is more physical then mental. Stock shelves with produce and deli items as needed for customer purchase. Help customers locate items that they are looking for. I use what they call a TC70 to scan items, due price changes and check product quantities.

Help with customer complaints and anything they needed. I also have experience on the customer service desk, using computer programs to do returns, money services and more.

This was by far the job I loved. It was fast paced and I was always busy. I would open and close the store, manage employees, previous days paperwork and sales, prepare cash order and bank deposit, send and receive freight, stock merchandise set modular and or planograms, do weekly price changes, change signage through out the store and most important was helping customers find what they needed so they would leave happy. This jobs was all that and more.

This position is that of assembling industrial gas meters. Assembling gas meters on an assembly line takes a lot of patience but also a lot of skill. There are a lot of moving parts to be put together and at a very fast pace. Time management takes a large part of this assembly process. There is a lot of physical labor to lift and move these meters that are from 30 to 100 pounds each.

In this position I had a lot of fun. I loved being able to work at a faster pace and organizing the modular. Making new tags, putting out new product, hanging signage, helping customer and making shelf look awesome is just a few things I enjoyed. Besides settings mods helps so much in knowing where things are to better help customers find what they are looking for. I am also bilingual. I speak, read and write both english and spanish. I am always excited to learn knew things.

This job was quite sometime ago. Job included but not limited to check cashing, cash handling, vault balancing, looking up information on certain computer applications, and supervising employees. I started as a cashier and was moved up by my district manager to assistant manager 3 months after I started. The gap between employment is due to moving out of the country.
