My first ever job was 15, I handled the front desk, took payments, made appointments, served drinks, prepped items, and handled customers at their chair with nail colors, drinks and snacks. This job is where I learned to stay calm with people, because my experience here showed me that most people take it out on the wrong person, which is usually me. This built my resilience to customer outbursts, and how to stay level headed in situations.

crew member / shift lead at Sonic (2023-08 – 2024-12)

This job is what I considered my first real job, the receptionist job was mainly under the table. I loved working at sonic, I have alot of good memories there, at this job I learned to multitask in high paced environments, sonic was a lot faster than the nail salon, so I learned to handle myself better during rushes. I also learned more about cleanliness and how important it was to follow the rules that are in place, because they are there for a reason, ESPECIALLY in the food service.

Crew member/Trainer/Shift lead at Whataburger (Jan 2025– dec 2025)

I do love whataburger and i have learned alot here! Especially with my leadership role. I learned here how to help my team, and making sure the food line is going smoothly. I have to uplift my team and help them be better everyday. Sometimes it is hard especially if someone is in trouble! But i love the role nonetheless. Unfortunately i am trying to get out of fast food.
