- Directly managed 4 Sr. Support Engineers while also managing contract workers to facilitate key SLA & KPI Metrics that served a portfolio of over 5,000 suppliers for Latin America, over 50,000 US Government contract suppliers and over 10,000 Fortune 500 buyers in the network
- Worked closely with the marketing team and campaign managers in order to increase supplier base invoicing through the network
- Acted as primary source of escalations on an executive level, primary point for product information for the LatAm market customers and third-party partners
- Successfully led the transition of the Latin America support team to Sofia, Bulgaria
- Acted as project manager and subject matter expert for the implementation of Mexican government mandated security enhancements of federal e-invoice
- Created a knowledge base in SharePoint for the Latin America team and documentation on Mexico’s compliant e-invoicing internal process, leading project to expand team training
