Ian Lane

I turn 25 on June 1st, 2023. I have worked in the agricultural manufacturing business for most of my adolescent and adult life. I also have experience in sales and property management as well as running my own small business for the past year.

I am a natural born leader that thrives under pressure and I have a growing ambition for responsibility. I am a father of 2 beautiful children which are my reason and drive to success and growth. On my free time, I like to model and 3d print different projects, teach myself both electronic engineering and computer programming, and learn new skills.

Most of my work experience is in agricultural manufacturing. I started as a laborer and transitioned into a Warehouse Lead and it eventually led to me holding two job titles as a Quality Control Technician and a Mill Operator being responsible for an entire grain plant's production which was a value of over $50,000 a day. My most respected accolade in that job was raising the production from $30-40,000 a day to a max of $80,000 a day without sacrificing quality.

I transitioned from that job to become a property manager at a hotel for 2 years.

Besides my high school diploma and work history, I pride myself on being entirely self taught. Lately, my focus in education has been in electronic engineering and computer programming.
