I began as a cook, preparing and serving burgers, fish, and chicken sandwiches on the grill as well as the best BBQ on island. I worked my way into becoming a working partner, running the restaurant as the owners left town for vacations etc. I took care of cooking, prepping, ordering and shopping, as well as the financial side of the operation.
