- Incoming material inspection such as vials, stoppers, caps and medical components.
- Environmental monitoring (EM) using Met1, RCS, air stripes.
- Wash glassware and medical components using washing equipment.
- Work in iso-6 clean room with proper PPE for aseptic cleaning and packaging.
- Load and unload manufacturing equipments.
- Package processed product.
- Monitor process systems and equipment.
- Perform daily and weekly equipment preventive maintenance tasks.
- Participate on plant safety committees and follow safety rules.
- Document work on assigned forms.
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect work stations.
- Operate production equipments such as the steris washer, cozoli vials washer, sp vials washer, lytzen, Bmt, sealer, getting etc.
BRAIDING OPERATOR - TE WIRE & CABLE

- Braiding machine operator supervise the braiding process of a group of machines.
- Inspect braiding machine's after set up, start up and during production.
- Make sure the job number, yarn number, bare Wire and gear number match as described on the tickets.
- Ensure the product being braided is meeting specs and quality standards.
- Operator will communicate with material handler and maintenance when needed.
- Operator will prioritize job duties based on information obtained from work leader or braid set up sheet.
Encaptulation operator - Vitaquest INTERNATIONAL LLC

- Set up high speed encapsulation machine.
- Verify the correct blend, capsule size and origin are utilized.
- Feed material into hopper at the start up and throughout the duration of the run.
- Submit samples to QC for approval.
- Maintain weight control, closing station, empty capsule magazine and capsule polisher during operation.
- Must remain at machine at all times during machine operation.
- Responsible for machine routine maintenance and cleaning by following sop instructions.
- Insure all drums are properly labled.
- Insure work area is clean and maintained in a CGMP environment.
- Insure equipment usage and room logs are properly maintained.
- Any deviation of weight, improper sealing or other job function is to be reported immediately to the manufacturing lead or supervisor.
Production support TECHNICIAN - Imprimisrx, PHARMACEUTICAL

- Perform various routine production tasks under the guidelines of established SOP'S and CGMP regulations.
- Prepare components needed for production such as washing vials, wiping of supplies needed for the clean room.
- Operate production equipments such as the depyrogenation oven, autoclave, vial washer and labeling machine.
- Performs visual inspection.
- Prepare material components for manufacturing and filling.
- Perform cleaning and disinfecting of manufacturing and clean rooms per established Procedures.
- Using servodine, rossa mixer, silverson to mix ingredients.
- After mixing done using autoclave & mixing plate.
CASHIER - DUNKIN DONUTS

- Cashier primary responsibilities include operating cash registers.
- Greeting customers, taking food and drink orders and completing transactions.
- Regularly clean work stations, brew and grind coffee, restock cups and food items.
