At GE Additive, I conceived and secured $50M for a closed-loop, near-autonomous manufacturing platform and delivered the five-year plan in three years for $32M. Across my career in enterprise and industrial software, I have owned P&L, product strategy and execution, pricing and monetization, go-to-market, M&A, customer discovery, and organizational transformation. Since 2014, I have reported directly to CEOs and regularly worked with boards and executive teams on strategy, investment priorities, and growth.

I am a repeat 0-to-1 builder across startups and large corporations. I founded and exited two startups, including KollabNet, which was acquired by Bentley Systems, where I then led Applied Research and brought the technology into the broader business. My second startup, myCustom3D, was acquired by Dassault Systèmes and became SOLIDWORKS Sell, where I built the new business inside SOLIDWORKS.

I later created and scaled the GE Additive software business by unifying siloed teams behind one product strategy and commercial model. I hold five patents and have presented to boards since 2003.

SVP Product Management, Strategy, Discovery & UX at Aras Corporation (2024-06 – 2026-08)

Recruited into Aras's PE-backed environment to modernize Product and Engineering and create measurable customer and company value.

• Led the Product-Engineering operating-model redesign, quadrupling release cadence from quarterly to monthly; drove the SaaS product strategy and roadmap, improving deployment, migration, upgrades, and operational reliability and supporting more than 25% year-over-year SaaS revenue growth.
• Restructured and elevated a 42-person Product organization and set product direction across a 200+ person Engineering organization in partnership with the CTO; built Discovery and continuous customer validation to reduce investment risk and improve roadmap decisions.
• Established an AI-driven operating model across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services, accelerating development and reuse of shared product knowledge; led AI/API commercialization strategy across packaging, pricing, value-capture models, and customer willingness-to-pay validation.
• Defined the next-generation usability and AI strategy and product architecture connecting Aras to the broader engineering and enterprise ecosystem; delivered production-ready AI capabilities previewed with approximately 40 customers across North America and EMEA, generating strong early response and active sales conversations.
• Led technical and go-to-market evaluations of acquisition targets for the PE owner.

General Manager, Software at GE Additive (2019-04 – 2024-06)

Owned the global software P&L, strategy, product, engineering, QA, UX, go-to-market, partnerships, and financial performance, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Restructured and scaled a 130+ person global software organization spanning Product, Engineering, UX, and Business Development, including VP-level leaders; built high-performing teams and sustained approximately 95% employee retention while transforming the business.
• Conceived and secured $50M in internal investment for a closed-loop, near-autonomous manufacturing platform; led delivery of the five-year plan in three years for $32M and cut the print attempts required for a successful build from 8-12 to 1-3, materially reducing customer cost, material waste, and time-to-part.
• Unified previously siloed software teams and capabilities into a focused software business with a common product strategy and commercial model, growing it at a double-digit annual rate. Expanded the offering through AI-enabled products and strategic technology partnerships.
• Led monthly evaluation of acquisition targets as part of GE's formal M&A process, assessing technical fit and go-to-market viability and providing go/no-go recommendations.

• Established portfolio product strategy, vision, and execution; identified adjacent and new-market opportunities using build, buy, and partner frameworks.
• Owned strategic technology-partner relationships and contract negotiations; represented the portfolio to boards, executives, and audiences of 5,000+ users.

Built and scaled SOLIDWORKS Sell from the myCustom3D acquisition into a new business unit, personally owning Product Management, R&D, UX, Sales, and Marketing, supporting the company's shift to SaaS and transaction-based revenue.

Founded a B2B2C mass-customization software platform enabling brands and retailers to build on-demand personalization businesses; bootstrapped the company to acquisition within approximately a year.

VP Product Management, IoT & Creo Portfolio at PTC (2010-12 – 2013-10)

One of five product VPs for the $500-650M Creo portfolio; served on the leadership team reporting to the EVP of Manufacturing alongside Development, PM/PD, QA, and Documentation leaders. Grew the business 30% over two years while leading product and UX strategy, transforming legacy desktop products into cloud-based, role-based applications, and defining PTC's early IoT services vision.

Director, Applied Research at Bentley Systems (2008-02 – 2010-12)

Following Bentley Systems' acquisition of KollabNet, rejoined Bentley to integrate the dependency-management technology into the broader business and lead Applied Research initiatives across data management, BIM, and regulatory compliance.

Founded and grew KollabNet, a venture-backed enterprise software company built around dependency management, selling directly to Tier 1 aerospace, automotive, and medical companies; secured multi-million-dollar funding before acquisition by Bentley Systems.
