Inna Kaukalova

I am currently employed as a designer at Home Depot. I have moved from Washington state and am currently looking for a internship in architecture as I will be applying for my masters in the fall at Clemson. I naturally gravitate to renderings and design.

I’m almost done with my bachelors for interior design, I should be finished in June. What I believe will sell is a style that is beneficial to the innovative future and a design that will sell. I think the most important aspect to architecture is design thinking and collaboration.

Working in a team is super important. With my recent course studies on leadership and team building I realized that my style is coaching however I do stay agile and am accommodating in what needs to be done or changed. I thrive on correction and appreciate any sense of acclimatization.

Team work is the best place to learn quickly and adjust in the workplace. I’ma visual learner, once I adjust to something I excel at it. I appreciate any challenges thrown my way because it gives opportunity to grow.

I think fast in my feet and look forward to being part of a team to incorporate ideas and creative thinking.
