Provides tactical and technical assistance to the detachment commander for all Special Forces core activities, such as Direct Action (DA), Special Reconnaissance (SR), Unconventional Warfare (UW), Foreign Internal Defense (FID), and Combating Terrorism (CT), as well as other collateral activities such as Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT), and Civil Military Operations (CMO)-in support of joint, combined, or unilateral operations across the operational continuum.

• Developed specialized skills to operate in diverse and austere environments, promoting cultural awareness, regional expertise, and linguistic skills for theater-wide deployments and preparation to support worldwide engagements
• Supervised and directed all staff functions for 100+ personnel; provided management and development of SFODA mid- and long-range training plans
