As a postal clerk I sorted mail and packages by hand. I also helped customers open, update, and pay for their boxes. I worked the register, scanned and recorded all packages on paper.

As a records tech I kept track of files online and physical documents. I made sure everyone on our e team had the up to date documents and let them know if there were changes to take place. I also answered phone calls and kept track of invoices.
