Isabella Marseglia

I am a psychology graduate with a passion for supporting people and promoting well-being. Equipped with a strong foundation in human behavior, empathy, and effective communication through my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology, I thrive in roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and teamwork. My diverse work experience in support work, hospitality, and as an early childhood teacher has honed my ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully to individuals' growth and independence.

I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact and am always ready to learn and deepen my knowledge. Currently I am pursuing my passion of travelling and doing seasonal work in Canada on a two year working holiday visa. I am currently working full time as a server in British Columbia and have my BC Serving it Right certification.

Server at Telegraph Cove Resort, Killer Whale Cafe and Old Saltery Pub (2026-05 – Present)

At Telegraph Cove I worked as a barista, and a server. Within this role I used lightspeed POS system, doing hostess duties such as greeting guests and managing reservations, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. During my time as a server at the Telegraph Cove Restaurant I also served large groups of up to thirty six people, ensuring they had a good experience. This role also involved doing cash out at the end of the night and problem solving to balance the til.

Working with children and their family from ages 5-13 with a focus on connection.

• Connecting with children with experiences of trauma and hardship, helping them to heal.

I worked at New New New corporation limited part time. Within this role I was making burgers and sides for large groups of people in the kitchen. New New New decided to sell their business which is why I only worked there for a short period.
