My procurement experience began in April 2010 when I joined USAID as Foreign Service Contracting Officer. I earned a dual degree Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Arts (MA) in International Studies from the University of Denver, the Sturm College of Law, and the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, respectively. A native New Yorker, I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Medgar Evers College, a senior college of the City University of New York. I remain a licensed attorney and specialized in international business contracts before joining the Foreign Service.
