• Composed minute reports for the City Council to summarize current/future events to increase awareness of ongoing duties and responsibilities within the office
• Facilitated art events by helping children create bracelets to engage with the main event 
• Assisted with completing descriptive documentation for art sculptures in Leawood to establish a record-keeping system for the Smithsonian American Art Museum
• Provided correspondence and communication of upcoming events by creating letters and mailing approximately 125 tickets to customers.

• Collaborated with other employees at the breakfast, salad bar, and hot food service stations to increase food service efficiency and adapt to changing dining environment
• Distributed meals to 100+ students by plating and cooking food items to ensure a customer-friendly experience
• Sanitized the dining area by wiping down furniture/equipment and cleaning dining ware to establish cleaning procedures and a healthy student setting
