Bartending at Lion and crown has the same service requirements of a polished bartender which includes suggestive upselling, guest interactions, and table or bar top manicuring. We are responsible for making all of the crafted cocktails to order, prepping fruit garnishes, select cocktail batches, and distributing change to servers as needed. We do extensive bar cleaning on a nightly basis, while maintaining a cleanly bar.
