My passion for building and problem-solving has driven a 10+ year career in inspections and custom residential construction, where I’ve excelled in project management and operational leadership. From owning Sunset Home Inspections to optimizing processes at Bent Nail Inspections and Baxter Builders LLC, I’ve leveraged software like Spectora, Procore, and ECI to streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes through integrated design solutions. My collaborative leadership fosters team success, and I’m eager to find a long-term career home to lead transformative change in the industry.

I have spent the last 5 years growing my career in residential construction. This has been as a site superintendent and worked up to a project manager overseeing multi-million dollar custom homes. Before my construction building career, I spent 5 years as a home inspector.

I was a manager for a successful inspection company and grew my knowledge in all aspects of construction practices and code requirements. I was pursuing a career as a firefighter/EMT, unfortunately, a back injury derailed that career. I believe it was for the best, as I've always had a passion for construction since high school and have found my niche in construction management.

I have an Associates in Science Fire Science and Technology. I changed careers after a back injury. I became a certified home inspector where I have certifications in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, moisture intrusion, roofs, foundations, and more. I have taken OSHA training and participated in Oregon safety seminars.
