Jacob Garrison

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Costco Membership Representative, I take pride in connecting individuals and businesses with the incredible value and benefits that Costco offers. My focus is on building lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

I have over two years of experience as a cashier at Albertsons and Target, where I developed strong customer service and cash-handling skills in fast-paced retail environments. At both positions, I consistently provided friendly, efficient service, managed transactions accurately, and ensured a positive shopping experience for customers. My roles required excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

This experience has honed my ability to work as part of a team, meet goals, and deliver exceptional service.
