I am is a first-year student at the University of Nevada, Reno in the Clinical Psychology PhD program working in the Dissemination and Implementation of Culturally Sensitive, Evidence-Based (DICE Center) Psychological Services under the supervision of Dr.
Benuto. Their research focuses on implementing Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE) with Spanish-speaking Latinx families and developing online psychoeducational telenovela interventions to expand mental health resources for the Latinx community. My clinical work includes providing evidence-based and culturally-sensitive services to underserved populations, including parents and families with young children experiencing behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges.
