I worked on the inpatient Hematology/Oncology/BMT unit for twelve (12) years. I currently work in the outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic and infusion area. I have cared for children and adults of all ages with various types of Oncologic and Hematological diseases. I am proficient at reading complex medical records and gleaning information needed.

I worked remotely abstracting Electronic Medical Records of Oncology patients to find and report requested data points within the charts. I had to resign due to managing my mothers terminal illness and the time constraints. I felt I couldn't give my best at that time and now feel ready to resume abstracting.
